About Me

As an interdisciplinary phygital artist and designer, my roots trace back to India, while my craft has been shaped by over two decades of immersion in the cultures of the United States and Germany. My artwork seamlessly weaves traditional mix-media paintings and avant-garde wearable art with the elements of digital realms, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. At the heart of my creations lies an insatiable passion to redefine the contours of artistic expression, championing beauty, inclusivity, nature, and consciousness. Each of my projects becomes a canvas where mesmerizing narratives unfold, painted with vibrant hues, rhythmic motion, layers, and intricate textural depths.

In my artistic journey, inclusivity isn't a mere trend but the very essence of my creations. I deeply believe in the transformative power of art, its ability to bridge diverse cultures, races, and socio-economic backgrounds, weaving them into a united tapestry. Each brushstroke I make, every material I choose, and the themes I delve into are guided by an intrinsic compass of consciousness. Beyond creating visual symphonies, I strive to democratize art and fashion, ensuring they resonate with and are attainable for all. With a Master's Degree in Architecture from LTU Michigan, I worked as an architectural designer in esteemed Metro Detroit firms for over a decade. Since 2012, I have taken a leap of faith into the vast canvas of individual storytelling. As a solo artist practitioner, the past ten years have seen my journey through myriad self-funded artistic avenues, learning, struggling, refining techniques, and constantly innovating to align with my vision and the harsh realities of the creative industry. For me, it's all about unwavering dedication to inclusive creative visions. Through my craft and several meaningful collaborations along the way (with Ricardo Thornton (photographer), Kevin Carter (hair artist), Indie Fashion, Michigan Fashion Week, and numerous talented Models, Videographers, Photographers, and on-demand print/sewing partners, Kala Express), my aim has always been to marry the age-old techniques with avant-garde and future tech and make art and fashion accessible for all. I have been stumbling and learning one step at a time. My aspiration is to evoke profound emotions, stir introspection, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection. My upcoming phygital collection - Artistic Alchemy, a blend of tangible art and digital innovation, are my attempt at blurring the lines between reality and fantasy.
